Jim represents clients in global and domestic technology, satcom/telecom and aerospace sectors including distribution, licensing, development and purchasing and supply chain agreements.
Alex represents startups and established businesses in an array of industries, including technology products and services, aerospace and aviation, cloud computing, communications, e-commerce, supply chain, and health care.
Drew is the chair of the firm’s multi-discipline Privacy, Cybersecurity and eDiscovery Group and also practices in the technology and privacy/data breach field – both litigation and contractual. He is a frequent speaker and writer on the topic of technology and the law.
A registered U.S. patent attorney and former engineer and program manager, Steve is a shareholder in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. In this role, he advises business and university clients, many of whom have both domestic U.S. and global IP portfolios, in a variety of markets.
